Do NOT engage with the Old....
As we now start to shift in frequency and vibration it is vital that we do not engage with that which is arising thru us in order to be released. Many people get confused when they begin to work at higher frequency levels, as often there "appears" to be a repeat of that which was released, however in order to release something it HAS to go thru the physical plane of existence or it has not been released fully. It is in the phase of physical plane release that the temptation to interact is the most strong, many will try to adjust or reject when that which is asked of us is merely to VIEW. As it moves thru us and as we remain in the VIEW position it clears faster. If we interact with it at any level we simply then open the door to anchor it once more.
